**How it works    **


As we have mentioned, using this feature is incredibly simple. All you need to do is acess the “Signature” page on your FollowUs profile, select your signature on the screen, and choose your preferred size. Next, right-click on the selected resized image and choose the copy option. The following step depends on what email service you are using at the time.

  • Microsoft Outlook – after selecting the “copy” option, click “File” in your Microsoft Outlook, then go to “Options”. Once the menu opens, select “Mail’ (it’s the second one right below “General”). You will see a button called “Signatures”. Click on it, and then right click again in the white box below (the largest one) and select “paste”. Basically that’s it.
  • Gmail – if you use gmail, the whole procedure is even simpler. After selecting the “copy” option, right click on an empty space in your email, where you want your signature to be placed, and choose paste, then scroll down and click the “Save Changes” button.
  • iPhone/iPad – when you are writing an email on either your iPhone or iPad, use the touch screen mechanic for selecting and copying, and copy your signature. Proceed to the settings menu and scroll down to the “Mail, Contacts, Calendar” and enter. Within the menu you will find a “Signature” option. Scroll down to find it and click on it, then tap on an empty space and “paste” your signature there.

As you can see, it is quite easy to get a hang of the feature, and you are definitely going to have a great time sending your new and improved business emails.
